Eagle Hills Muscat has awarded the main works contract for the project to Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Oman. L&T will carry out the overall construction on site, which includes a 150-key hotel, 156 branded residences, as well as 1,622 sq. m of retail.

In the presence of His Highness Sayyid Assad bin Tarek Al Saeed, Deputy Prime Minister for Relations & International Affairs and Special Representative of the Sultan, Eagle Hills Muscat unveiled The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. The project is being introduced for the first time in the region, representing Oman’s first high-end branded, fully-serviced residences.

Dr. Abiy Ahmed, Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Eagle Hills has ventured into the Ethiopian market with the launch of La Gare, the dynamic downtown of Addis Abiba boasting one of the largest mixed-use developments in Ethiopia and offering more than 4,000 residences.

United Arab Emirates

Eagle Hills Sharjah inaugurated its new sales centre in Maryam Island, Sharjah. The sales centre is open to customers daily starting September 22 from 9am to 6:30pm, and on Fridays from 4:30pm to 9pm. The new sales centre will provide information and sales services to customers interested in buying properties at Maryam Island.

Eagle Hills entered Oman with the launch of Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. The property will be developed by Eagle Hills Muscat, a partnership between Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi and Izz International, and will be managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Eagle Hills Jordan inaugurated the highly-anticipated W Amman, which represents the newest iconic landmark in the city. A contemporary architectural masterpiece in the heart of Amman’s new downtown Abdali, the hotel is the first of four luxury hotel properties in Jordan to be developed by Eagle Hills Jordan in collaboration with Marriott International.

Worth a total of AED 2.7 billion, the trio of projects are the result of a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills.

Eagle Hills announces the launch of Marassi Boulevard, a residential mixed-use development located within Marassi Al Bahrain, the region’s premiere urban waterfront project. Diyar Al Muharraq enters a Joint Venture with Eagle Hills for the development of Marassi Al Bahrain, a 875,000 sqm urban development. The beachfront project will include residential, hospitality, and a shopping and entertainment destination, Marassi Galleria.

Belgrade Waterfront is announced as a joint venture with the Republic of Serbia, a US$3 billion mixed-use project covering 1.8 million sqm. Development will include residential, hospitality, retail opportunities, including the opening of The St Regis and W Hotel.
